RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We understand that buying products online can be difficult because you do not see the physical product. That is why we have a 14-day open purchase policy. After 14 days, we can not offer you a refund.
To receive a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods cannot be returned, such as intimate or sanitary goods.
The buyer is responsible for paying any shipping costs for the returned product. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

When your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your contribution.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or your original payment method within a certain amount of days. We cannot refund to an account other than the account from which the payment was made.
Late or missed refunds
If you have not received a deposit yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take time before your refund is officially published.
Then contact your bank. There is often a certain processing time before a grant is paid out.

Faulty or damaged items
With regard to possible recycling, Exfolimate Sweden complies with the Swedish law "Consumer Purchase Act" (visit www.konsumentverket.se to learn more). If a shopping cart is defective, you have the right under Swedish law to demand a refund. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your incorrect item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Depending on where you live, the delivery time for exchanges may be different.
If you are sending goods over 750 SEK, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or buying shipments. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In case of dispute
In the event of any disputes, we will follow the recommendations from the General Complaints Board.
